We are a family owned and operated business. Our goal is to provide you with clean, comfortable lodging in a relaxed atmosphere at a reasonable price.

Parkview Cottages are located adjacent to Lake Barkley State Resort Park near Cadiz, Kentucky. The ten cottages are all two bedroom, with full eat-in kitchen/living room areas, air conditioned with cable television. The four efficiency apartments above the Store have a double and a twin bed, and can accomodate three people. They have small, but complete kitchens.

The Store sells groceries, fresh meat, deli sandwiches, pizza, ice, gasoline, live bait, and basic fishing gear.

Fishermen; we're a mile and a half from the marina at Lake Barkley SRP, and a short distance from the Devil's Elbow area, the Land Between the Lakes, and Kentucky Lake. There's plenty of room here for your fishing boats, and each cottage has an outside outlet for battery charging. The fish cleaning station is lit and has outlets and running water.

Golfers; we're less than a mile from the Boots Randolph Golf Course at Lake Barkley SRP, ten minutes from Arrowhead GC in Cadiz, and less than an hour from the state park courses at KenLake and Kentucky Dam, as well as several other courses in the area. Families and couples will enjoy the beach and facilities at Lake Barkley SRP.

Rental boats are available at the marina. Deer abound as you drive or hike around the park. The welcome center at the Land Between the Lakes Golden Pond entrance to the Trace is ten miles away. There are regularly scheduled events at the various stations along the Trace, as well as the elk and bison viewing areas. Bird and wildlife watching are year round pastimes here. Deer hunters; we are available in the fall for those drawn into the LBL quota hunts, and to those in the area for the regular state-wide seasons. One more thing--in spite of all the water around, this (Trigg) county is dry. If that's something that matters to you, plan ahead.
